


Hello, I’m Tina, a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor specialising in supporting individuals experiencing grief, trauma, loss, depression, and anxiety. I offer a calm and understanding space where you can explore your emotions safely and at your own pace.
Having personally experienced the deep impact of grief and the healing power of counselling, I understand how overwhelming life can sometimes feel. This lived experience allows me to bring genuine empathy, compassion, and understanding to my work with clients.
I provide one-to-one counselling sessions face to face or via WhatsApp or telephone, giving you the flexibility to connect in a way that feels most comfortable for you. Sessions can be arranged weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or simply as needed — whenever you feel the need to pause, reflect, and return to a safe, supportive space.
My approach is warm, person-centred, and guided by the belief that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal and find meaning after loss.
